Title: Christians who need a personal God

I write posts in the Buddhist Forum often:

I recently responded to a Christian's "request" that we need to consider the existence of a personal God:

" ... you tell me there is no god ... isnt it a bit Too Obvious and yet people dont believes there is a god."

--> I first thought about arguing the point, but then I decided to respond with a quote by Annie Besant, in the book Seven Great Religions

"Varieties of opinion about God are valuable, not mischievous, because each opinion by itself expresses so small a fragment of trhe mighty truth, and the totality of opinions gives a fuller presentation than could be otherwise be gained."
