A favourite site of mine, scene.org connects their forums to some demoscene (computer programming & arts) usenet newsgroups. It might be something to consider here, with nntp://alt.consciousness.theosophy or nntp://alt.theosophy or any others. However it may be complicated and should be done in a way that would conceal theosophy-forum.com members e-addresses.

There are a few interesting usenet discussions, but most of it gets full of spam including people deliberately wasting bandwith with nonsense posts these days. It may be more interesting if there was some way members here and at other Theosophy forums such as the UK one could have discussions. That might be even harder; maybe the only way would be usenet or signing up for both.
