Title: Protogonos

jon_k - July 1, 2007 12:39 AM (GMT)
Protogonos was published by Mark Jaqua and ran from 9/87 - Spring '90

Note Jake's plans to publish other journals online.

Jon,

I tried to take a look at Protogonos, but I was unable, because it is for members only at Yahoo. I think it is silly to have to join, just to look at a couple posts.

Doesn't cost anything - and you can opt for no email.

Daniel Caldwell has set up a gateway to Jake's Protogonos. This will work without a Yahoo Groups membership.

Jon,

Thanks for listing these links. There are various Theosophical websites out there that we do not know about, and the more we share links to them, the better.

Thanks again.

This didn't work from my end. Perhaps the gate has been closed.

Christian, The link still works for me.

But, here's a link to Daniel's page where he links to most available Theosophical periodicals on the net.

Daniel's Links The magazines are at the lower left corner of the page.

Daniel's homepage is http://www.blavatskyarchives.com/ and is a tremendous Theosophical resource.

In the past week, Mark Jaqua has also made available on his FTP server scans of "Eclectic Theosophist", "Theosophical Notes" (for which Daniel has links), "The Canadian Theosophist" and "Dawn" (for which Daniel has no links as yet).

I've added easily accessible gateway pages to
the online backfiles of 3 Theosophical magazines that
Jake Jaqua has provided interested students and
inquirers. The gateway pages are as follows:

The Eclectic Theosophist
Edited by Emmett Small
1971-1988
http://eclectictheosophist.net

PROTOGONOS
edited by Jake Jaqua
http://protogonos.ws

Theosophical Notes
edited by Victor A. Endersby
1950 - 1978
http://theosophicalnotes.net

Hope this helps.

Daniel,

Thanks for those links.

By the way, several people here consider you to be a "big name" in the Theosophical world. If you can find time, please put a post in the Introductions Area and tell everyone a little more about yourself.

Thank you Daniel. I tried out this set of links and they work for me. There is just a wealth of information available now, I appreciate your post.

I Second Nick's request. Please let us know about yourself, we are all always looking for new sources of inspiration
