Title: It is hard for this site to survive

I am telling you an honest comment. I know this might anger you, just as Krishnamurti anger many of his members.
But it is very hard for this site to survive. That reason is because of that word Theosophy. I don't see the attraction, but I feel like it may grow, only to a mysterious extent, that Krishnamurti has hit the hearts of teenagers.

Dano,
I am not angered by what you say. Please do not worry about it. This site is surviving quite well, thank you.
A few people check out this site once in a while. That is enough to make this site successful. We are interested in quality, not quantity.
Only a hundred thousand people or so in the world can understand Theosophy. If this site can reach only a few of these people, it will have been successful.

If that is true what you say, then everything is acting according to natural, which will result in harmony. :D

I agree with that, Nick. I only check in every once in a while, mainly because I have to attend the tials and tribulations of everyday life, and also because I tend to take time before I post, to ensure that the subjects I contribute to are ones in which I feel I am sufficiently well-read or knowledgeable enough to do so.
As such, this site is one that discusses very deep, profound issues that touch every faith, and matters that entail the whole universe and its' cosmogeny, and because of this, there will be little time for idle banter or gossip such as you would find on other discussion forums, and within which it will take many hours of searching before one finds anything of true value that one can take away from it.
This is why, I think, the site appears to be quiet to the casual observer, but when you consider the depth and level of intelligence with which each subject is selected and addressed, you will find that there is much indeed to take away and learn from, and for that, this site and it's members are to be commended.

Seeker,
You and I are on the same page. Quality always outranks quantity.
Theosophy is very profound. I am only too happy to have created this Theosphy Forum. I do not know of any other place where discussions with such profoundness can be found.
You said,
"...little time for idle banter or gossip...."
--> That is very true. When we cut the banter and gossip out of our lives, things get a lot quieter. Ah, the value of silence!
The lessening of idle chatter is a key Theosophical teaching. Does anyone have a good quote on that?
"I tend to take time before I post, to ensure that the subjects I contribute to are ones in which I feel I am sufficiently well-read or knowledgeable enough to do so."
--> I appreciate your dilligence. When you find the time, please post the latest Theosophical teaching you have been going over. Is there anything in Theosophy that you have stumbled over recently?
