As we near the Christian Christmas season, I am reminded of a story my grandpa had memorized and told every Christmas. He was a country preacher, and the best man I ever met.
The story should remind us that it's not the goal that's important, but the path itself, the process. It's the choices we make each moment of our lives that are important.
As HPB said in the Voice, "Thou canst not travel on the Path before thou hast become that Path itself".
Please take 15 minutes to read this little story, and reflect upon what it says to you about the path.
Perhaps you can share it with others, particularly if they are of the Christian persuasion. I buy copies and give them as Christmas gifts to friends.
